New rates of petrol and diesel released 2022
Petrol-diesel rates were expected to rise after crude oil reaching $140 per barrel and after elections in 5 states. However, contrary to these apprehensions, there was relief even on the 8th day of the end of the elections. Domestically, there was no change in the price of petrol and diesel even after 130 consecutive days today. Meanwhile, crude oil has also come down to $105 against $140 per barrel.
In the country’s capital Delhi, the price of one liter of petrol remains Rs 95.41 (Delhi Petrol Price), while the price of diesel is Rs 86.67 (Delhi Diesel Price). Whereas in Mumbai, petrol is being sold at the rate of Rs 109.98 per liter, while diesel is being sold at Rs 94.14.
According to the new rate, even today the cheapest petrol in the country is being sold in Port Blair at Rs 82.96 per liter, while diesel is also being sold here at Rs 77.13 per liter. Petrol is beyond 100 in Bhopal, Jaipur, Patna, Kolkata, Chennai and Bangalore.
